With a lot of work finished, I tried to generally stay in this state. I haven't even gone near the library yet, only intending to borrow the books I noted down to read after work, but that's okay. Shall we imagine together? Today's work is done, and I'll think about tomorrow's tomorrow. I took a shower, put on my pajamas, lay in bed, and finished my daily stretching briefly. I could open a book that I don't mind falling asleep reading, or, of course, leave it by my bedside without even opening it, and fall asleep while watching Big-mouth's Mala Tang mukbang for the dozens of times.
Even so, I have absolutely no idea why I feel this way, and I think too often, "Is it okay to live like this...?" but that is more like just something that pops into my head.
Still, I am no longer afraid of facing a double-digit month. I am glad that I feel no particular sentiment about the year having passed by like this.
In September, I followed my partner, who was preparing for a full marathon, and slightly increased my running mileage. If I run again later, it will probably be 90km; I might get a bit greedy and reach 100km by tomorrow. My partner and I have been talking a lot about circulation lately. It’s nothing special—we talk almost every day about things like, "I’m tired again today," or "I really need good circulation." Naturally, we planned to run even while traveling, so we started by searching for running courses at our destination. What do you think?
If meeting people, parting ways, going from here to there—if that’s all there is to it—then you have no choice but to tie one of your shoelaces long and be excited.
